We represent companies, financial institutions and State entities Commercial Courts, Courts of Appeal and the Cour de cassation in post-acquisition and post-M&A disputes, shareholder and joint-venture disputes, distribution and commercial agency disputes, contractual and pre-contractual liability claims, and director and officer liability matters. Our litigators also handle exequatur and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, as well as provisional and enforcement measures (saisies conservatoires, référé-provision, référé probatoire), work that frequently runs in parallel with our arbitration or litigation mandates.
