

Julien Maire du Poset is a member of the Paris Bar and a Solicitor of England and Wales, with over 15 years of experience in international business law. He is the founding partner of Lead up Avocats, a Paris-based law firm specialising in international contracts and cross-border dispute resolution.
Julien advises and represents clients in the negotiation and drafting of complex international contracts, as well as in the resolution of cross-border disputes through international arbitration, litigation, and amicable dispute resolution methods, including mediation and negotiation.
He acts for a broad range of clients across multiple industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, SaaS software, online gaming, construction and engineering, distribution, automotive, and transport.
Julien contributed to drafting key model contracts published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), including the ICC Model International Sale Contract and the ICC Model Turnkey Contract for Major Projects.
He is a member of the LCIA European Users’ Council (London Court of International Arbitration) and serves on the organising committee of Tel Aviv Arbitration Week.
He also advises clients in French, English, Hebrew, and Italian.
Prior to founding Lead up Avocats in 2017, Julien practised at leading Parisian law firms specialising in litigation and international law.
